Plaster Sprayers

This machine has been developed for the laying of the coat glue for both panelling and skimming on facades with and without mesh.
It is also possible to spray the coloured plaster without the need to sponge it, thus avoiding: filming, joints and discolouration in the first phase. Instead of spraying the glue for shaving it must no longer be spatulated before applying the mesh. Various types of premixed product can be plastered with a special lung and gun with yields of up to 1 pallet per hour.
With a special kit it is also possible to pass to phases of ignetions or joints both on the ground and on the wall.
Possible also for use on levelling and self-levelling products.

Details:

Frame decomposable in 4 parts
Mixing chamber treated against (internal) adhesion of the material (if possibly washed badly). It can be completely disconnected from the frame.

Reversible self-priming water pump

Two-cylinder compressor housed on board the machine fully protected

On-board computer with automatic reverse gear for unloading pipe pressure during the spraying phase of the finished plaster.

Clarification:
the Kompakta model guarantees the direct semi atomisation of the glue during the shaving phase, then the second person lays the mesh directly, then the complete atomisation of the coloured plaster without subsequent sponge finishing phase is possible, then both discolouration and joints disappear. In addition, the Kompakta model with a special lung and screw can plaster premixed plaster with yields up to 1 pallet / hour, then possible accessories for grouting, ignetions, levelling materials, self-levelling, dehumidifying.
